• Policy • • No Guests Allowed •Final Payment in Cash Only! • You will have a 10 minutes grace period if running late, After your grace period has ended you will be charged an additional $15 to your service. • After 15 minutes Your appointment will be cancelled. •$20 cancellation fee if not in 24hr notice! • A $20 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED during booking to secure your appointment. If failed to do so your appointment will be canceled. • All deposits are credited to full payment. PLEASE put your name and IG @ when booking on a note. • Deposits can only be used for rescheduled appointments within 24hrs Only 1 rescheduling per deposit. You must reschedule at least 24 hrs before the appointment time or deposit will be lost. • Please come in with clean lashes! (No makeup, no mascara, no glue residue, and no oil based products.) If a makeup removal is needed it will be an additional charge. • You will have 48 hours to notice any flaws in your service to come back and be able to get fixed. • No Show = BANNED, 100% fee will be charged for the scheduled appointment. •Failure to pay the $25 cancellation fee will result in a ban from future bookings. • Squeeze in Fee $25, You will be charged this additional fee in your service. • After hours fee is $25, you will be charged this additional fee to your service. •There will be No - Refund.
